David Merritt has been writing and publishing his own poetry since the mid 1980s, first as Gung-Ho Press (1986-2004) and more recently as Landroverfarm Press(est. 2009). He makes his books from "the detritus of established publishing,"[1]recycling mass-produced books to make hand-made poetry booklets. He is listed on UndertheRadar.co.nz as a "Renegade recluse spoken word performer and poet."[2]
